Adapting to the Digital Economy Requires Strategic Leadership: The Globe & Mail

The majority of senior leaders in 200 of Canada’s leading companies recognize that the digital economy will have a major impact on their businesses in the next three to five years. However, only 17 per cent have integrated a digital transformation plan into their corporate strategy.

This lack of digital integration points to the importance of developing a comprehensive strategy in order to remain competitive domestically, as well as on the international stage.

Canadian organizations must utilize digital innovation in order to guard against irrelevance, and thrive in the development of the new digital economy.

The Globe and Mail published an article detailing the importance of integrating digital transformation into strategic planning.
